I was having a little shuffle through Instagram this lunch time and found an account full of other peoples pictures, including mine. What was even more cheeky is that they had listed my recipe and claimed it as their own.
Now, I’m not a vain person and I don’t do this to collect followers or get lots of likes, but that pissed me off!
If you are going to use my recipes, please credit me. If you are going to use my pictures then going forward you are going to have to credit me because I am water marking them.
Just mini rant for today. It annoyed me but since I reported the account and told the other people they had copied too so they can report it, it’s dealt with.
But really… my recipes aren’t exactly world changing. Use them but don’t lie.
I hate lies more than most other things in the world.

Yea, I’ve seen my photos taken from my blog used on other blogs before, which is when I started watermarking it. It takes effort though! I started doing it on my instagram photos too but then there are times where I can’t be stuffed… haha! Like the davey guy above said – take it as a compliment, hehe! Still pisses me off though when people steal!!
I could not be fecked watermarking all my IG pics… but that is probably a good idea. I just don’t get it. My personal IG is boring and not worthy of stealing and I’m no food photographer so my diet IG is even less worthy! At least when BuzzFeed used one they tagged me in it!!
On the plus side you clearly make nice things!
