Over 5 years and still going strong.  This blog is too.  I now have followers who aren’t my family or close friends!  Awesome, thank you and hello!!

This blog continues to be about my adventures, but looking back over my posts, it’s mainly about food.  Not surprising.  I love food.  Cooking or going out.  Baking or eating.  It’s all the same to me.  It’s fun!

I am however, very honest.  I am sorry if I upset anyone with a bad review, but given that I’m not that widely read, I doubt I am causing much offense!!

Anyway, thanks for finding me and feel free to comment away.  It makes me feel all author-y and stuff.  Ok, that’s a lie.  It just makes my phone beep each time someone likes or comments, and I’ve set it to a tone that makes me chuckle!!!

3yrs since arriving in Dubai, and I am still here! I didn’t foresee that, and I have no idea what’s next!!

NEW “ABOUT”!!

After spending 3 months being frozen and snowed on in London, I finally found myself a job in Dubai!  This blog has continued and now turned into a mass rambling about my experiences here.  They are varied to say the least!  However, for the time being, I am enjoying my new life and hopefully providing an entertaining insight into life as an expat in the UAE!

ORIGINAL “ABOUT”!!

After 5 years of living as an ex-pat in Bermuda, I have decided that it is time for a new adventure. Only problem being that I am not sure where yet! With my job packed in and my kitchenware up for sale on an island website, the only thing that is for certain is that I am leaving!

This blog will vary. I am starting it now, one month before I leave de rock! It will continue for my time in the UK when I will be job searching, and hopefully it will go to my new home with me where the adventures will continue!
